With the recent launch of our Small Group Personal Training program
we're confident we have the solution for your fitness and weight loss
goals. Each and every client receives the four key components to any
fitness program; strength training, cardiovascular training,
flexibility, and nutrition.
One-on-One Private Training:
With our one-on-one training program you’ll get 100% focus and
attention on YOU to get the results you want. Your fitness coach will
work with you every step of the way ensuring your progress with your
customized fitness and nutrition program.
You’ll train in your own, fully equipped private training suite. There
are no crowds, no waiting for equipment, and no distractions. The focus
is completely on YOU. Our fitness coaches motivate, educate, support
and empower you every step of the way.
You’ll receive a customized plan consisting of multiple health and
fitness components to help you achieve your goals. You’ll begin with a
health and fitness consultation and comprehensive assessment. We'll
find out exactly where you are so we can then program and train you
according to YOU. You will NOT receive some cookie cutter workout.
Everything will be precisely tailored to your abilities and goals.
We’ll then track your progress so you see exactly what's happening
throughout your entire program.
You’ll also receive a nutrition consultation, counseling and program
design. You’ll know what to eat, how much, and when to eat it to
maximize your efforts from the workouts. In addition you’ll get a
complete grocery list and other material to support you along the way.
Pack Training - Small Group Personal Training:
With our new breakthrough small group personal training program you’ll
train with 2 to 3 other people with an completely re-equipped
functional training room to get the results you want. Pack training
combines the energy and fun of a small group, with the coaching and
support from a FT certified trainer all conducted in a private setting.
Or quite simple, Pack is truly personalized training.
